Didn’t end up using their services, but I can tell CIBs best quality is its transparency. I submitted an RFQ for a motorcycle insurance policy and received a little bit of information from Jeff. After sending him a follow up email, Jeff was very upfront and honest with me that using an insurance broker won’t be cheaper than going to a direct insurer (e.g. AAMI). However, those who have a business and want to group all personal and commercial policies under one “umbrella”, CIB are the way to go. I appreciate Jeff’s honesty and professionalism and would encourage you, if you’re considering CIB and are their target demographic, to take them up. If an account manager doesn’t take advantage of someone who knows no better, you bet your bottom dollar they’ll whatever they can for you come hell or high water—a rare quality in today’s world.

CIB have been fantastic in assisting with our business insurance needs. Debbie is our representative and she has been thorough, prompt and very efficient and professional. Both Debbie Jeff have assisted with thoroughly explaining technical jargon to ensure that we have the correct business cover required. Will be switching to use CIB for all our insurance needs in the future.

I can't thank these guys enough. Holly has finally be able to insure my 4x4 and all accessories without alot of headache work for myself. Having family that are in the 4x4 game she know her stuff.
