Tori was able to help with all my questions, was patient and understanding, and also was able to achieve a better option than my previous broker that I had been doing business with for many years even though I gave them the chance to do better which they failed miserably . I would recommend Tori for her professionalism and her easy going nature and ease of communication.

So I had Debbie Blanco help me, let me tell you my story- I said what I needed and she did it up - I then asked for a million revisions (I swear poor Debbie had such a run around with me) but she happily did every alteration I asked for and I felt comfortable to ask for them too! Long story short I went with what Debbie had initially proposed! She’s very thorough and well experienced but customer service is top notch and made me feel reassured and comfortable the entire time

I had a great experience dealing with Dylan at CIB. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to work through the different insurance options, explain the differences in coverage clearly, and ultimately helped me get the right outcome for my property. Dylan was proactive, easy to deal with and clearly had my best interests in mind. I’d have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable insurance broker.
