The service from Daniel has been fantastic. Really easy to navigate providing the details, personable customer service and really quick responses, and don’t have to spend hours on the phone getting quotes. I cannot recommend CIB and Daniel Roussounis highly enough (if there was a sixth star I would have clicked it). I called Daniel at 4.50 pm needing a fast CoC for a building we were trying to settle on in 24 hours. Daniel was professional and calm under pressure. He had 9 quotes in under an hour and even took the time to split the cover across more than one insurer to ensure I got the best price for each type of cover I required.
