I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and high service standards I've experienced since first contacting CIB back in March 2025 for an insurance quote. I have been assisted by Tracey E who is always at the end of the phone when I call or quick to respond on the off chance she's not available. Tracey is very friendly, patient, informative and knowledgable. She is authentic and from my initial contact (and further ones since) Tracey goes to the lengths necessary to answer all my questions by explaining and adding extra information, or providing examples in straightforward terms, and conducts any follow up very promptly and effectively. My insurance need wasn't for a common residential property, and staff at numerous other insurance companies I'd approached didn't know if they could arrange cover or couldn't. By the time I'd got CIBs contact info I was frustrated, skeptical and I didn't have confidence I was going to find an insurance product I was after. Straight away Tracey said she was pretty sure she could find an insurer who would be able to offer me insurance, as she was aware coverage in the past had been' obtained for similar properties and circimstances. Within a short time she was back in contact confirming it was possible. Subsequent quotes were reasonable and provided options, and the policy statement info was easy to understand. After many dead-ends with a lot of enquiries I'd made of other insurers, previously, and a lot of wasted time and dealing with other people nowhere near as interested to help or knowledgeable about available imsurers ... my contact and experience with Tracey and CIB was so easy, hassle free and re-assuring. I ended up with everything I needed and for a competitive premium. A couple of other employees of CIB who I've also spoken to, including Mark McGuire, have been just as helpful, interested and committed to providing great communication and assistance to me. It's evident the employment standards, training and management support or practices result in recruiting good people, who enjoy their job and are good at it. I couldn't be more satisfied and I believe I'm in good hands. I continue to receive fast, friendly, genuine assistance on the couple of occassions I've had further contact since taking out my policy. Thanks Tracey and to your colleagues, you display a passion and commitment to present the best side of the insurance industry, in the best interest and for benefit to your client. I hope many other people get to have the same positive experience as I have.

I was looking for Strata insurance in a hurry and only had 3 days to get covered as my previous insurer left the market - I called at 4.45pm on a friday and was put through to Mark McGuire who took on this conundrum for me and by Monday afternoon l had a quote l was happy with and the cover l needed.
