What can I say Tori Gordon went way beyond if only every company worked the same way highly recommended thanks again

I have just renewed my property insurance with Tori Gordon. After a short phone call to give her the details, i received a very competitive quote which i have now purchased.

We were fortunate enough to find Consolidated Insurance Brokers for our manufacturing factory earlier this year after our wonderful Broker of many many years retired. We had a significant level of service and communication from our previous Broker and we never thought we would be able to find another Broker who could do the same - until we found Tori Gordon from Consolidated Insurance Brokers! Tori is knowledgeable, friendly, highly professional and she has exceptional communication skills. She knows her craft, sideways and backwards! We had to renew commercial insurances for two factories here in Melbourne. The day before the expiry, our broker told us that the premiums would be 37 % dearer than last year. He could not explain why the usurious increase particularly considering that we have a virgin claims history, low risks and safe tenants. We then contacted Tori at CIB in Brisbane and she was able to source much more competitive premiums. Needless to say we couldn't pay the Invoice fast enough. But it wasn't just the lower premium. The service was fast end efficient and Tori didn't just work there, she wanted the commission. We liked that and reckon that they'll also get our other factory insurances.

Done online enquiry as looking at new opportunity within my current business model and a lovely lady called Tori Gordon contacted my and walked me through the process, never had business insurance before seemed a bit of a minefield and Tori took her time to explain any questions. Would recommend to anyone especially if this is first time within the business insurance arena....... see if you can get Tori she definitely will help.

We have a commercial property in QLD and our previous insurance broker (very big reputable broker which we utlised for about 30 years) was declining in their ability to communicate and provide us with good quotes. They were lazy and essentially provided us with an ever increasing quote from the same insurance company every year. We changed to Consolidated Insurance Brokers and Tracey was able to find us a far better deal with Chubb insurance. Communication was great and Tracey provided us with multiple options. Then about a year later, there was a terrible incident involving theft of external plumbing/damage. This was a very difficult claim as multiple plumbers failed to evaluate the full extent of the damage. Despite this, Karen and Tori from Consolidated Insurance Brokers helped us throughout the entire process with amazing patience and resulted in the desired outcome. After the incident, the security system of the property has been enhanced very significantly which you can't get enough of these days in QLD. I would highly recommend Consolidated Insurance Brokers to anyone I know and trust.
