Words can not explain or express my greatest appreciation for Alison's dedication to reducing our insurances by 10k. Alison's assistance and experience in the industry is outstanding. Ali put in a fair few dedicated days(weeks) into understanding our businesses and sending out hundreds of quotes, and then consolidating all the information. I was speechless when she gave me the insurance figures for 5 restaurant's, we even went through them 3 times to ensure we hadn't missed anything when compared to the previous insurances we had. The monthly amount we have to pay is minimal compared to what we had been paying. I still don't believe it. I would recommend you, Alison and your company to anybody who had the inclination to listen to me. I am extremely happy and still in shock days later. I started enquiring about business insurance options a few months ago. I rang a number of brokers at the time and unfortunately I felt that because I was only making enquiries and not ready to take out any policies I kept going told to refer to their website. I gave Consolidated Insurance Brokers a call as they were next on my Google search. I called them, from memory it was the last day of business before a long weekend. Being this time, all consultants were busy and the receptionist took my details and said someone will contact me shortly. To my surprise they did, the broker was Debbie Blanco. Debbie asked questions to best understand what I type of insurance was going to suit my business needs. There was quite a few elements I didn't understand and she took the time to explain and advised what I didn't understand. Jump forward a few months once I had settled on a premises it was time to execute what insurances I need. I contacted Debbie who remembered our original conversation so it was easy for me as she was able to gather and advise on which quotes would suit best. Everything was smooth sailing, even having more questions I didn't feel pushed or pressured into agreeing to something I wasn't sure about. Everything again was explained and written in plain English so I could totally understand. Thankyou Debbie for making this task so much simpler, stress and hassle free. I contacted Consolidated Insurance Brokers because I wasn't happy with the way I was treated as a number at my "other" insurance agency. I required insurance for 2 commercial properties and Clayton Rowlings, my broker had the best quote available, form a variety of underwriters, within 48 hours. Clayton steered me through an easy process and was a pleasure to work with. A 5 star rating for sure.

Last week I was looking for public liability insurance for a new club. Tracey Friedland, a broker at Consolidated Insurance Brokers, was the person I was put in contact with. Over the next week Tracey Friedland found an insurance company whose policy fitted our very different criteria at an affordable price. I know it is strange to say this about an insurance company but what a pleasure CIB is to deal with. Sheryll Todd is extremely professional and a knows what she is in about. I use Sheryll for my business and private insurance and always found her to be excellent. Whether it be a new policy or a claim her attitude is the same.....professional. One of the bet parts is that you are kept informed with the progress at all times and you don't have to keep on ringing them to find out what is going on. Good on you Sheryll.

This company have really been supportive over the years when I needed the advice most at claims. Jade has been great to deal with on our renewal and offered great advice right throughout the process. This renewal was made easy with her diligence on each and every section of the insurance policy with a myriad of changes to this year's policy. Thankyou Jade - Highly recommended.

We had a loss of frozen and chilled food in the fridge/freezer as a result of the Christmas storms on the Gold Coast. I contacted the office and Karen Barton contacted me back even though the office was closed and she was on holidays. She assisted with the claim for us and continued when there was further substantiating evidence required. Without her assistance our claim experience would have been very different to the successful outcome we achieved and a full payout would not have been achieved without much pain and I convince to us. She took all the worry away and ensured we were supported rom the start to the successful outcome and payment of the claim. As a global, ecommerce brand - with large stock holdings, a big Team, valuable digital resources and undertaking multiple international trips per year - CIB have taken the time to understand all of our needs and ensure we are covered for all Most recently, on an International Trip with a Team of 9, we suffered lengthy flight delays, resulting in the need to re-book flights for everyone, as well as extra accommodation.
