Dealt with Consolidated Insurance Brokers to sort business insurance for my mobile food van - a custom-built refrigerated setup that's not the easiest thing to insure. Debbie worked through the details with me, got it placed with Vero, and came back with a competitive premium that covered everything I needed: public liability, the vehicle, stock and goods in transit. She was happy to revise the quote as my requirements changed and made sure the specifics of the vehicle were captured properly. Good, straightforward service and a fair price. Happy to recommend.

Honestly, I can’t fault my insurance broker Clayton at all. He went above and beyond to sort out public liability for my textile recycling business, which isn’t easy — most insurance companies don’t even want to cover this line of work. He compared quotes from a bunch of places, got me different prices, and made sure I ended up with the best deal possible. He was super thorough and explained everything clearly, even giving me advice on other things I might need for my business down the track. What really stood out was how he treated me like a person, not just a sale or a dollar sign. Finding someone this genuine, professional, and easy to deal with is rare.
