Tori was able to help with all my questions, was patient and understanding, and also was able to achieve a better option than my previous broker that I had been doing business with for many years even though I gave them the chance to do better which they failed miserably . I would recommend Tori for her professionalism and her easy going nature and ease of communication.

So I had Debbie Blanco help me, let me tell you my story- I said what I needed and she did it up - I then asked for a million revisions (I swear poor Debbie had such a run around with me) but she happily did every alteration I asked for and I felt comfortable to ask for them too! Long story short I went with what Debbie had initially proposed! She’s very thorough and well experienced but customer service is top notch and made me feel reassured and comfortable the entire time

Haven’t had to ever do a claim but Reena has been wonderful in sorting out our initial insurance policy. She’s quick to get in contact with and it was the cheapest policy I could find

We decided to get a quote from Consolidated Insurance Brokers after our current policy went up over $2000 for no reason. Gina was very knowledgeable and helpful, responding right away and saving us almost $2000 for more cover. Communication was very fast and we had our documents the same day. We can highly recommend them.

Dealt with Consolidated Insurance Brokers to sort business insurance for my mobile food van - a custom-built refrigerated setup that's not the easiest thing to insure. Debbie worked through the details with me, got it placed with Vero, and came back with a competitive premium that covered everything I needed: public liability, the vehicle, stock and goods in transit. She was happy to revise the quote as my requirements changed and made sure the specifics of the vehicle were captured properly. Good, straightforward service and a fair price. Happy to recommend.

After years of handling exhausting insurance administration on my own, I finally sought the assistance of an experienced insurance brokerage firm. Gina De Bonis of CIB was the perfect mix of expert professionalism and human warmth; being efficient, informative and a delight to deal with from the first phone call. I have a home and contents insurance policy and premium I am comfortable with knowing that there is an entire team at CIB who constantly review the insurance companies they work with. Gina has also been very quick to assist in any further questions I've had since purchasing a policy through CIB. It makes such a difference to be able to build a professional relationship with someone and contact them directly rather than ringing a generic number and speaking to a different consultant every time. I rarely provide public Google reviews but it is a pleasure to provide a 5 star review for Gina and CIB.
