Our first contact with CIB was through their Sunshine Coast office, at which time Sheryll Todd assisted us with our business insurance. 18 yrs later, an office move to Brisbane and we still receive a call from Sheryll each year to check on our insurance. An extremely professional business with a huge amount of experience, and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars !!

I requested a quote at short notice. Jade provided the quote within a couple of hours and it was $300 cheaper than renewing with my existing broker. Consequently I accepted CIB's quote. I asked for a quote from another broker, but by the time he provided it, the business had been done.

Although I didn’t purchase the insurance in the end due to various reasons, Alison demonstrated great patience and professionalism throughout the process. I hope to have the opportunity to work together next time.
