I recently had to claim my macbook pro. I engaged with Karon Barton. She was very professional and replied very efficiently to email and answered all my phone calls very quickly. As you may know this is very important when you use your computer for work and need to get things rolling immediately. I really appreciate her service and am grateful for the ease of completing the claim. Would 100% recommend this company.
