Could not recommend Tracey at Consolidated Insurance enough. 5 stars doesn’t do her Justice. She was professional and very conscientious. She found me a great deal on insurance, and was very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend her if you are looking for service that is above and beyond with results better than you had hoped for.

Due to a significant increase on my current insurance, I have needed to shop around for a more competitive price. Debbie and Reena have provided a great service. They have worked hard to ensure the best price without compromising on required insurance cover. Their service has been outstanding.

I recently had to arrange various kinds of business insurance policies, with no idea what I was doing I contacted CIB, and I am very glad I did. CIB provided prompt, helpful and friendly advice. Getting us quotes on the insurance cover our business needed, recommending an insurer, and setting up payment of premiums for us. The broker I spoke to, Debbie Blanco, was very diligent and wonderful to work with, even taking time to work through some details after office hours. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience at all. Great service.

While we have only been dealing with Consolidated for about 6 months, Cyndie has been above and beyond what we could expect from a broker, She was only handling one business of ours, We have now moved all of insurances needs to her. If we have any questions or arent sure about something we can email or call and she responds nice and quick. Couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of us.

When the existing home and contents insurance policy I held directly with one of the big 4 banks doubled in price I contacted Consolidated Insurance Brokers to find me a better deal. Having Lyn Schumann at CIB do all the legwork provided me visibility of the marketplace, found me a better price, and provided me with confidence that the suggested policy was right for my circumstances. In addition, if I ever need to claim, I now have a broker advocating on my behalf providing me confidence that any potential claim will be honoured. It was so easy working with CIB and Lyn with the deal being done with 2 phone calls and some email correspondence. So much easier than seeking insurance by myself.

I am thankful I got such wonderful assistance from Tracey E for our Business Insurance requirements. She helped to sort out some very complicating issues in the Painting company where I work and I can highly recommend her for your insurances.

We highly recommend Debbie for your insurance needs! This was a bit of a bamboozling area for us, and Debbie was able to clarity our requirements and find the coverage we needed. She sourced quotes from 10 providers and was transparent about fees. We had shifting timelines and Debbie was super accommodating and flexible, and when we were ready to go she was able to sort out the coverage on the same day.

We have just been through an incredibly difficult claim with our insurer, and Karen was an ENORMOUS help. She spent hours and hours helping us and following up the insurer. She even worked on her day off! In the end, our claim has been approved and our temporary accommodation is sorted. Without Karen, we would have been in BIG trouble.
