We had been having difficulty getting insurance for our new property but Saskia from CIB was extremely helpful in finding some options and organising for us. I would happily recommend Saskia and CIB to friends and family.

We had to renew commercial insurances for two factories here in Melbourne. The day before the expiry, our broker told us that the premiums would be 37 % dearer than last year. He could not explain why the usurious increase particularly considering that we have a virgin claims history, low risks and safe tenants. We then contacted Tori at CIB in Brisbane and she was able to source much more competitive premiums. Needless to say we couldn't pay the Invoice fast enough. But it wasn't just the lower premium. The service was fast end efficient and Tori didn't just work there, she wanted the commission. We liked that and reckon that they'll also get our other factory insurances.
