Words can not explain or express my greatest appreciation for Alison's dedication to reducing our insurances by 10k. Alison's assistance and experience in the industry is outstanding. Ali put in a fair few dedicated days(weeks) into understanding our businesses and sending out hundreds of quotes, and then consolidating all the information. I was speechless when she gave me the insurance figures for 5 restaurant's, we even went through them 3 times to ensure we hadn't missed anything when compared to the previous insurances we had. The monthly amount we have to pay is minimal compared to what we had been paying. I still don't believe it. I would recommend you, Alison and your company to anybody who had the inclination to listen to me. I am extremely happy and still in shock days later. I was referred to Consolidated Insurance Brokers, specifically Tracey E, by a friend and I only wish I had contacted her sooner. I had previously been dealing with another insurance broker who was so unresponsive that nearly a month passed without securing insurance. Tracey resolved everything in a single 30min phone call.
