Honestly, I can’t fault my insurance broker Clayton at all. He went above and beyond to sort out public liability for my textile recycling business, which isn’t easy — most insurance companies don’t even want to cover this line of work. He compared quotes from a bunch of places, got me different prices, and made sure I ended up with the best deal possible. He was super thorough and explained everything clearly, even giving me advice on other things I might need for my business down the track. What really stood out was how he treated me like a person, not just a sale or a dollar sign. Finding someone this genuine, professional, and easy to deal with is rare. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for insurance done properly and with care.
